Booking of tour / transfer

1. You will see a BOOK NOW button on the right of each page. 
2. Enter the date of that you want to go on the tour.
3. Select your preferred time of the tour.
4. Indicate your preferred pickup point.
5. Enter the number of travellers.
6. You can review your selected tours or transfer on the shopping cart page. Make sure you had checked the date, time, pick up point and number of travellers.
7. You can continue to shop or proceed to checkout.
8. Upon checkout, you will be prompted to make payment and give your contact details.
9. You will receive an email confirmation of your booking.
10. Print the email confirmation and present it to us to claim your tour or transfer. 
11. Your email confirmation will include the local contact information for our local service supplier.

Currently, our website accepts major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard and American Express and debit and prepaid cards for payment. You may also pay through Paypal.

Definitely. You can book as many tours or transfers as you like. You can add tours or transfer by clicking the “Add to List” button.
You will receive a separate email confirmation of each booking.

 

Please print the email confirmation as it includes important information such as the contact information and the meeting place.

Getting more information about the tour or transfer

The tours operate daily and even on public holidays.

The tour commencement timings can be found in the Tours page. Please indicate your preference during booking. If you prefer other time, please contact  enquiry@privatetoursinsingapore.com for further assistance.

Pick up from various major hotels in Singapore is included. Please enter your hotel name and address during the booking process. 

Sure, as long as it is within Singapore. For example, it can be the cruise ship terminal or airport.  Most importantly, please enter the full name and address of your preferred pick up point during the booking process. 

You will be dropped off at your hotel or anywhere in Singapore.

All the tours are conducted in English. If you would like the tour to be conducted in other language, please contact enquiry@privatetoursinsingapore.com for further assistance.

What about Group Booking with special request?

We accept group booking and can arrange for discounts. You can receive an online quote and we will try our best to accommodate to your special request . Please contact our enquiry@privatetoursinsingapore.com for further assistance.

How to cancel or amend booking

There is no cancellation charge if more than or   3 days’ notice is given.  However, there will be 100% cancellation charge if less than 2 days’ notice is given. 

We will try our best to accommodate but cannot guarantee that you will not miss some parts of the tour. There will be no refund for no show.

All our tours will operate rain or shine. There is no refund for wet weather condition.

Refunds are made on the credit card that was used at the time of booking. In the case of lost or stolen credit card, please contact your financial institution. 

How to troubleshoot my booking

As all credit card transactions are fully automated, you will need to contact your bank directly. Alternatively, we recommend that a different card be used.
