Terms and Conditions

You and your travelling companions are deemed to have read, understood and accepted the following terms and conditions. Resource Travel Private Limited shall be referred to as “Company” in the terms and conditions below.

The Company carries on business as a retailer of the tour and transfer products via this website.

Any booking made with the Company will be governed by and subjected to Terms and Conditions.

Under this agreement, the payment processing services for tour and transfer purchased on this website is provided by the Company.

Price, Payment and Voucher Issue

  1. Price

Price quotations published are final and the Company does not entertain further change.  Tips and, or gratuities, baggage or personal insurance, food or beverage not described in the product description and all other purchases of a personal nature are not included.

  1. Payment

All tour and transfer products must be pre-paid except otherwise stated. We accept payment via PayPal.

  1. Voucher Issue

After payment, the Company will send a confirmation voucher by e-mail. This voucher has to be printed, as proof of purchase, and to be presented to the service provider. All information regarding the travellers should be correctly given at the time of booking. All request for modifications or amendments must be sent to the Company.

The Company cannot be held responsible for any problem that may happen if the confirmation is not read carefully. In case you do not receive your voucher, you must notify the Company at least 72 hours before the date of service.

Cancellation and Refund

  1. Cancellation

Except otherwise stated, all bookings cancelled without due notice are subject to a cancellation fee as follow:

  • Free cancellation: 3 days or more prior to commencement of service
  • 100% Cancellation Fee: 2 days or less prior to the commencement of service

Cancellation of service must be followed by a confirmation of cancellation. The Company will not be responsible for any cancellation not received and not confirmed and might debit the cancellation or no-show charges.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  1. Every measure will be taken to ensure the safety of all travellers.

However, the Company shall not be liable for any injury, death, loss, damage, accident, delay, natural disaster, weather, political or civil unrest, work stoppage or inconveniences in any circumstances.

Any loss and, or additional expense caused by reason beyond the Company’s control will be borne by the travellers and on their sole responsibility.

Deviations from established itineraries may be necessary depending on local factors, including weather and road conditions, availability of venue, or other factors beyond the Company’s control.  The Company reserves the right to alter the itinerary as may be deemed desirable or in the best interest of the party as a whole.

  1. Health, Passport and Visa

Each traveller has to check and is responsible for his health condition and well-being. The Company is not responsible for any injury or illness that might occur during the service.

Each traveller has to check for his appropriate documents for his travel. The traveller is responsible for his travel documents and the Company is not responsible for the loss of any travel document.

  1. Luggage and Travelers

Please read carefully and adhere to the number of luggage and travellers permitted on the vehicle. The Company is not liable for any additional luggage and, or travellers for the cost involved to book an additional vehicle.

  1. Waiting time and Hourly booking extension

For every tour or transfer booking, the vehicle will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes. Thereafter, there will be an additional charge of SGD 40.00 for every additional 30 minutes of waiting or part thereof.

For every tour or transfer beyond the stipulated duration, there will be an additional charge of SGD 40.00 for every additional 30 minutes or part thereof.

  1. Feedback and Complaint

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your tour or transfer, you may file a feedback or complaint within a month from the date of service. A written documentation must be sent to our customer service by email for investigation. Complaints received beyond the deadline will not be entertained. Any booking with the Company will be governed by and subjected to the Terms and Conditions. No variation to the Terms and Conditions shall be in effect or be entertained.
